2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaul PS Case No.92/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation against the petitioners that they on the basis of manufactured power of attorney obtained signature of the informant and sold the land of informant in the year 2010.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68997 of 2023(4) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 this case. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Learned counsel further submits that the present dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of dispute which is civil in nature, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-V, Danapur, Patna where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Khagaul PS Case No.92/2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
