2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S Case No. 91 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted the informant and cousin daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that during course of investigation the Investigating Officer recorded the statement of several witnesses but they have not stated anything against the petitioner for his involvement in the alleged crime. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69394 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 the bail petition.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., injury report, impugned order and materials available on record it appears that injured, namely, Vikram Kumar Paswan, have only one stitched wound of size 4 cm over right parietal region of scalp. So only one injury sustained by injured and said injury is simple in nature. No repeated blow and there is no criminal antecedent against petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S Case No. 91 of 2025 subject to the condition laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
