Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laheria Sarai PS Case No.26 of 2017, registered under Sections 188, 401, 414, 467, 471, 385, 384 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 12/45 (ii), 52(A) Prisonment and under Section 662 of the Kara Act.

Allegation in brief is that Rs.10,100/- was recovered from possession of the petitioner lodged in jail as under trial prisoner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the said cash, no other incriminating material was recovered from possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 04.04.2017.

No.23485 of 2018(2) dt.24-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Santosh Jha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Darbhanga in connection with Laheria Sarai PS Case No.26 of 2017.
