JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with LNMU P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with 300 persons assaulted the informant and thereafter the petitioner took out country made pistol and fired.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2019. After lodging LNMU P.S. Case No. 201/2018, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69515 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-IV, Darbhanga in connection with LNMU P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018.
