2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narhiya P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner along with others is said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased and the petitioner had a love marriage and the deceased died of natural causes and she was cremated in presence of the family members. Subsequently, they have filed

6. Though the petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2025 but the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and there is no further progress in the trial.

7. Considering the period of custody and delay in trial, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani)/ concerned Court in connection with Narhiya P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025.
