JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that during pendency of the present appeal, whereby the order dated 27.08.2019 passed in A.B.P. No. 2627 of 2019 by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Muzaffarpur was challenged by the appellants, have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. She contended that since the challenge of the impugned order refusing pre-arrest bail to the appellants has become infructuous, the same may be disposed of.

In view of the submission made above, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
