The petitioner is accused in Chandramandih Police Station Case No 66 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 324, 302, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner and her sister is of assaulting the mother of the informant with Tangi on the head. It is further submitted that injury report shows only one injury on the victim and that the petitioner is innocent. The allegations had been made against the petitioner in course of altercation between the parties relating to ploughing of field. The parties are agnates and the investigation in the case has already been completed. No allegation is attributed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55443 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 the petitioner of having caused death of any person. Considering the aforesaid submission, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jamui in Chandramandih Police Station Case No 66 of 2017 subject to the following conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
