Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. The FIR has been registered against unknown.
Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Thereafter, petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017. Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
