Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. The FIR has been registered against unknown.

Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Thereafter, petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017. Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

No.23334 of 2018 (2) dt.24-04-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sonepur Police Station Case No.464 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
