Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the son of the informant had left the house on telephone call from this petitioner. Thereafter, dead body was found in the field side. The informant alleged that co-accused Binod Rai and Wakil Ray had threatened the deceased to kill him, therefore, they might have committed murder. Wakil Ray has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.2637 of 2018 considering the completion of investigation and the fact that there is no eye witness of the occurrence.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 31.12.2017. Investigation of the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23358 of 2018 (2) dt.24-04-2018 already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chapra Muffasil Police Station Case No.241 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
