2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 01.09.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 1560 of 2023 by the learned 19th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 454 of 2021.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of the case and also a direction to O.P. No. 2 to co-operate in early disposal of the case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
