2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 20 of 2022 arising out of Ara Mufassil (Dhobha) P. S. Case No. 293/2021 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner was last seen with the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Charges have already been framed in the case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.11.2021.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge V, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with S.T.
