2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with with Jhanjharpur (RS) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of entering the house of the petitioner and upon raising alarm, the petitioner has assaulted the victim and snatched a golden chain.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Jhanjharpur RS P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 468 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Jhanjharpur RS Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. It is made clear that if the petitioner again threatens the prosecution then his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.
