2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 324, 341, 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is old land dispute between the parties. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Saran at Chapra in Ekma Police Station Case No. 493 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
