The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R.P. Patna (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 165 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the pick-pocketers having been arrested at the Railway Station while they had engaged in the pick-pocketing of the passengers. As far as the petitioner is concerned, one ladies purse with a sum of Rs. 16,580/- was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present

It is further submitted that the petitioner has been suitably punished inasmuch as he is languishing in custody since 08.04.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Railway, Patna in connection with G.R.P.
