2. The petitioner is praying for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii) (A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether 280 gm of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lady and a small quantity of contraband substance has been recovered from her possession. The petitioner is having a criminal antecedent of similar nature.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with a condition that the petitioner shall not indulge in similar nature of cases in future.. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.318 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, (N.D.P.S.) Act, Patna.
7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
