JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-03-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the order dated 22.02.2021 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 16066 of 2017. In view of the above, both the writ petitions are disposed of with the direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioners and extend similar benefits to them if their cases on scrutiny are found to be similar to that of Anil Kumar Verma, petitioner of CWJC No. 16066 of 2017. With the aforesaid, both the writ petitions stand disposed of.
