In view of the above, both the writ petitions are disposed of with the direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioners and extend similar benefits to them if their cases on scrutiny are found to be similar to that of Anil Kumar Verma, petitioner of CWJC No. 16066 of 2017.
