====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 The petitioners are seeking review of the order dated 18.10.2017, passed in Civil Misc. Jurisdiction Case No. 735 of 2017, which was filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the said Civil Misc. Jurisdiction Case No.735 of 2017 arose out of Title Suit No. 522 of 2014 wherein an order dated 16.02.2017 passed in the said title suit was under challenge. The case was dismissed.
Patna High Court C. REV. No.445 of 2017(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the respondents has drawn my attention to certified copy of the judgment and order passed by the learned Sub-Judge, Ara, whereby Title Suit No. 522 of 2014 has already been decided.
In view of the stand so taken, this application, in my view, has become infructuous and is dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
