Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The present petition has been filed for restoration of a criminal revision petition bearing Cr.Rev. no. 227 of 2022, which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 17.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 17.08.2023, he could not attend the Court as he was engaged in treatment of his father, hence, it is submitted that a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid criminal revision be restored to its original file.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77805 of 2023(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to restore the aforesaid criminal revision petition bearing Cr.Rev. no. 227 of 2022 to its original file.

The present petition stands allowed.
