2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411 of the IPC was added.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his village Ratanpur Makduma by a motorcycle, four accused persons equipped with lathi and danda, came there and snatched his motorcycle, rupees 1500 and his mobile and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing was recovered from his possession and his name has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Ripu Kumar Yadav.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
