This application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violating the order dated 21.07.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1156 of 2016.

I have perused the order dated 21.07.2016 and find

Patna High Court MJC No.3930 of 2019(5) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 that no case for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is made out.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
