JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is inaction on the part of the respondent-BRA Bihar University in the matter of grant of original migration certificate.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University would submit that the provisional migration certificate was granted to the petitioner. Now the petitioner wants original migration certificate. The matter requires verification of record and in this process of scrutiny the University needs some time. Considering the fact that the case is old one, the Court grants two months time to the respondents to verify the record

Patna High Court CWJC No.20092 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 and issue original migration certificate to the petitioner positively.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
