The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 223 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The only circumstance disclosed in the F.I.R. against the petitioner is last seen along with the deceased. However, there is no other material to substantiate any motive against the petitioner to commit the crime alleged. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
