The petitioner has been in custody since 25.11.2017 in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the house of the petitioner but the copy of the seizure-list was not handed over to him and bears only the signature of the official witnesses. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to co-operate in the trial. As such, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
