2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305(b) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that unknown miscreants have committed theft in the house of the informant which was seen on the C.C.T.V. Camera as well and from the house of the informant, valuables and cash of Rs. 6 lakh were stolen.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Navneet Kumar was apprehended. He has given

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He is having criminal antecedent of two cases. Regarding antecedent, the leaned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 petitioner has been framed in other cases. He is in judicial custody since 21.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025.
