2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 426 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are accused of firing at the victim for looting him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 24.06.2023. It has further been submitted by the petitioners that informant has

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against these petitioners, criminal antecedents and the fact that petitioners are trying to tamper with the evidence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioners.
