2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 269 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleges that when the informant had gone to her kitchen garden the petitioners who are co-sharer in the land along with others went there and assaulted her by khurpi, danda etc. causing multiple injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submits that the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail on 04.12.2019 in A.B.A. No. 1464 of 2019 passed by Additional Sessions's Judge- 14th Begusarai. The charges have been framed on 01.04.2023 but on 13.05.2025 the petitioners filed an application under Section 317 of the Cr.P.C. which was not placed by the concerned lawyer before the Court. Hence, their representation was rejected and bail bonds were cancelled. Thereafter, they surrendered before the Court on 01.07.2025 and finally after hearing their bail applications was rejected. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this was not a misuse of the bail as on that date petitioner no. 2 daughter marriage was going to be solemnized. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The chargesheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioners, above named, be

No.67994 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 3/3 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions's Judge - IIIrd, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 269 of 2019 subject to the following conditions:- (i) Petitioners will remain physically present in trial on each and every date till the disposal of the case failing which, on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioners may be cancelled by the Trial Court.
