The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Daudnagar P.S. case No. 332 of 2017 under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, brother of the victim, alleged that his sister left his house for practical examination but she did not return. The informant came to know that his sister has good relation with Shahi Khan and alleged that Shahi Khan with the help of his mother and father kidnapped his sister. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father and mother of Shahi Khan. The victim returned and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26093 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 C. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went to Barun and from where she went to Delhi along with Shahi Khan. The victim did not disclose the name of petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. case No. 332 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
