2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 15/16 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act; Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 3/4 of the Prevention to Damage of Public Property Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown persons are involved in the theft of oil from pipe line of I.O.C.L.

4. The petitioner has been found involved in theft

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67178 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 from the petroleum line.

5. Though the petition contains details of nine cases but learned counsel for the I.O.C.L. has filed a counter affidavit which contains details of 17 cases of similar nature.

6. Considering the serious allegation and the antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
