2. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the order, for alleged non-compliance of which the present contempt petition has been filed, has already been duly complied with, as a reasoned order has been passed on 07.03.2024 vide Memo No. 849 by the Administrator, Bihar

Patna High Court MJC No.2910 of 2023(5) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 State Road Transport Corporation, which has been brought on record as Annexure-A.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that although an order has been passed in compliance with the order dated 17.01.2023 rendered in CWJC No. 9268 of 2021, no amount has yet been paid to the petitioner, despite specific directions for payment of admissible dues.

4. In view of the fact that a speaking order has been passed by the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, the present MJC petition stands dismissed.

5. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.03.2024, vide Memo No. 849, issued by the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (Annexure-A), before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
