Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karahgar PS Case No.21 of 2017, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one Kabindra Prajapati @ Kavindra Kumhar, another co-accused, has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.20487 of 2018 on 06.04.2018 and on merit submits that except disclosure of the name of the petitioner by co-accused Mahabir Yadav, there is no other material in the present case.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bharosi Ram is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26258 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karahgar PS Case No.21 of 2017.
