2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3647 of 2021 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72661 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3647 of 2021 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
