2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341 , 354(B), 504, 506, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have abused and caused firearm injury to the Jethani of informant. Doctor has found the injury grievous in injury .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of petitioner has been dragged in this case due to old enmity . According to injury report, informant sustained injury on the middle of forearm which is not a vital part of the body . Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2024 .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Manjhaul ( Begusarai ) in connection with Khodabandpur P. S. Case No. 292 of 2023 .
