2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi and petitioner no. 2 is said to have attempted to inflict knife blow to the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioners are ladies.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the nature of injury as well as the fact that petitioners are ladies, let the above named petitioners, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69315 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
