Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 435 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

For land dispute, about 18 FIR named accused variously armed, came and co-accused Raghuvansh Rai hurled bomb causing injury to the informant. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and co-accused Sagar Kumar @ Sagar Kumar Rai, having similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8411 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25833 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parsa Police Station Case No. 142 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
