JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.6.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 25650 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier there was direction of this Court to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of seven months but till date trial has not been concluded and petitioner is in custody since 18.4.2017.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25464 of 2018 (2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.153 of 2012, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear in the court below as and when required, failing which his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
