JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65489 of 2018 to the extent of correction in Police Case No. and extension of period of surrender.

Due to typographical error in the last paragraph of order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65489 of 2018, instead of 'Marauna P. S. Case No. 82 of 2017' it was wrongly typed as 'Marauna P. S. Case No. 82 of 201'. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for necessary correction in the order.

In view of aforesaid fact, in order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65489 of 2018 in place of 'Marauna

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23727 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 P. S. Case No. 82 of 201' it may be read as 'Marauna P. S. Case No. 82 of 2017' and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

Accordingly, order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65489 of 2018 is modified to the above extent only. Modification petition is allowed.
