2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is specific allegation of assault against petitioners and other accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is 80 years old person and petitioner no. 2 is a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71505 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 lady, who are said to have participated in the crime for the trivial dispute. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in jail since16.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Vikramganj, Rohtas (Sasaram) in connection with Rajpur P.S.
