Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj PS Case No.345 of 2017 (G.R. No.2318 of 2017), registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of one Supen Sardar; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that leading to confessional statement of Supen Sardar, the looted articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner and those articles were put on TIP and identified by the informant and the petitioner has also criminal antecedent of theft. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25571 of 2018(2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Triveniganj PS Case No.345 of 2017 (G.R. No.2318 of 2017), pending in the court of learned ACJM-I, Supaul.
