Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 731 of 2017 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016 and under Section 22/23 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Sanjeet Kumar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation in the present case has been concluded and charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 731 of 2017 on the condition that the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
