2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(c), 41(i), 32(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 57002 of 2023 vide order dated 30.08.2023 on the ground of having criminal antecedents of the petitioner and he is in custody since 24.05.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted bail in all cases in which he was accused.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022.

6. The petitioner will visit Banjariya Police Station on the every sunday of each week. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
