2. Heard Mr. Md. Abu Haidar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashish Giri, learned counsel for the Bihar State Cooperative Marketing Union Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "BISCOMAUN").
3. Without going into the merits of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that under orders in various other cases, the BISCOMAUN is paying the retiral dues of its employees as per the chronological list prepared, depending on
Patna High Court CWJC No.16365 of 2017 dt.10-06-2020 2/2 the date of superannuation. It was submitted that the same observation be given in the present case.
4. Learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN submitted that they are adopting this practice and as and when the turn comes of the persons concerned, in the seniority list which is prepared on the basis of the date of superannuation, such persons are being paid their dues.
5. Having considered the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that payment of the admitted dues of the petitioner shall be made strictly in accordance with the seniority list prepared by the BISCOMAUN, as has also been stated by learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN that the same is being strictly adhered to for making such payment.
