1. In compliance of the order of this Court, disobedience, whereof has been complained of, a sum of Rs.5,55,848/- has been paid in favour of the petitioner no.2 and a sum of Rs.2,60,898/-, each has been paid to the two sons of the deceased petitioner no.1, hence it is submitted that the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the opposite parties for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
