JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

There was theft in the house of informant and for that, he cast suspicion against the petitioners along with others so named therein. From the order impugned, it is evident that no incriminating material has been collected against the petitioners. Petitioners happen to be under custody since 27.02.2018 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioners Anjul Kumar, Prem Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23737 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.32/2018.
