The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.06.2019 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that after attending a marriage ceremony while the informant was returning home, on the way, he parked his motorcycle and went to ease out, but after 10 minutes when he came back, he found his motorcycle missing, leading to registration of FIR against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation already being concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar, in connection with Navanagar P.S.
