1. The learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, a copy whereof, has already been filed online. Let the same be taken on record.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to the order dated 11.03.2024, passed by the Circle Officer, Bhorey, District-Gopalganj, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with

Patna High Court CWJC No.14597 of 2023(4) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 Encroachment Case No.15 of 2022-23.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners, to challenge the aforesaid order dated 11.03.2024, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
