JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-04-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62366 of 2017 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail. It has been submitted that the petitioners could not surrender within time because the petitioners could not get proper information regarding the bail order.

In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.47 of 2015 in terms of the order dated 20.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62366 of 2017.

This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
