2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2023 in connection with Complaint Case No. 631(C)/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/384/379/498(A)/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the victim.
4. Allegations have been levelled against the petitioner and other accused persons that they used to assault and torture the victim for demand of dowry.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the nature of allegation as well as the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.
8. In view of the above, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 631(C)/2022.
