20-11-2017 Heard Sri Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Humayou Ahmad Khan, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition and in custody since 14-09-2017, has prayed for grant of bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 647 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act, 1959.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been arrested, as if he was carrying loaded country-made pistol. He submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is a student preparing for job. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedent, let the petitioner namely Sammi Kumar be
