Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S. Case No.421 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The prayer of bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.6604 of 2018 with an observation to renew the prayer of bail after framing of charge. Now, submission is that the charge has been framed against the petitioner on 16.04.2018 and has been in custody since 06.11.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Suraj Kumar @ Suraj Kumar Singh @
