The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S.Case No.372 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to some personal grudge. There is a case and counter case between both the parties.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69639 of 2022(5) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. I, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S.Case No.372 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
